Therapeutic Massage - 60 minute $85.00│90 minute $115.00

This treatment is a Swedish-based massage that uses long flowing, relaxing massage strokes to help relieve tension and stimulate circulation. A truly customizable experience, you can choose from either light or medium massage strokes that are designed to alleviate any muscle soreness, reduce stress, and help your persisting aches and pains. 

Deep Tissue Massage - 60 minute $100.00│90 minute $130.00

This is a deeper massage incorporating neuromuscular technique, trigger point therapy, and sports massage techniques. This massage targets specific muscle groups to relieve pain, tension, muscle spasms, stress, and increases circulation to the inner part of muscles while working toward keeping the fight-or-flight sympathetic nervous system relaxed to allow relaxation while productively working and releasing muscle tension on a deeper level. Useful for injury recovery or areas prone to constant stress. This technique manipulates the soft tissue to balance the central nervous system and restore muscle health. 

Cupping Massage - 60 minute $100.00│90 minute $130.00

This therapeutic treatment softens tight muscles and tones attachments to loosen adhesions and lift connective tissue. Cupping brings hydration and blood flow to the muscle for deep tissue release, as well as opens lymphatic pathways for detoxification. 

Hot Stone Massage - 60 minute $100.00│90 minute $130.00

Calm your nerves and release tension with this relaxing, hot stone massage. With deep, radiating heat and polished Himalayan salt and basalt volcanic stones placed strategically on your body, while also being used as an extension of your massage therapists’ hands during treatment, you will feel your circulation improve, and your mind and body release during this relaxing treatment.

Prenatal Massage - 60 minute $85.00

Massage therapy during pregnancy is a wonderful complementary choice for prenatal care. It is a healthy way to reduce stress and promote overall wellness. Massage relieves many of the normal discomforts experienced during pregnancy, such as backaches, stiff neck, leg cramps, headaches and edema (or swelling). Specialized body cushions make this massage relaxing and therapeutic for both mother and baby. 

Exfoliating Body Scrub Treatment - $140.00

Your choice of: Lemongrass & Green Tea│Lavender│Spiced Chai│Lime & Coconut

A tailor made sugar scrub base with either jojoba or coconut oils and your choice of essential oils and ground herbs and flowers. This combination of choice is indulgently applied to the skin to invigorate and remove dry skin to buff away bumps and flakes for a radiant glow. After the scrub has been applied you will rinse off in the shower while your massage table is prepared for a one-hour massage to follow using warm thick shea butter infused with arnica and essential oils to hydrate your glowing skin. Massage pressure of your choice will be applied. This potent treatment is a delicious way to nourish and pamper your skin. 

Hydrating Body Wrap Treatment - $140.00

This treatment wrap works to give your skin back its luxurious and youthful glow. With a jojoba or coconut oil base and essential oils of your choice to help replenish and cleanse your skin thoroughly and remove dead cells and refresh your skin’s appearance. After the wrap has been applied, you will transition to a one-hour massage. Massage pressure of your choice will be applied. This potent treatment is a delicious way to nourish and hydrate your skin.
